Cancer - Challenges and Avenues CACHAV 2017

Avinashilingam University, Faculty of Engineering,Department of Science & Humanities organised an ICMR sponsored National Seminar on "Cancer - Challenges and Avenues CACHAV 2017" on 30th and 31st Mar 2017 PadmaShri.Dr.P.R.Krishna Kumar, Chancellor delivered the Presidential address.

Renowned Radiologist Major General Dr.MN.Sree Ram, Dean, Karuna Medical College, Palakkad delivered the Key Note Address. Dr. S. Maragatham, Dean welcomed the gathering. Dr. G. Kumaresan, Oncologist Madurai Kamaraj University delivered the Valedictory Address. Dr. S. Kowsalya,Registrar distributed certificates to the participants. Dr.R.Pappa Ammal, Organising Secretary proposed the vote of thanks. 100 Research scholars,Medical Experts and Faculties participated in the Seminar. The participants were from the length and breadth of the country. This Seminar was focused on throwing new light on emerging developments in the field of Cancer Biology. This Seminar aimed to bring to the platform of the people from industry, hospitals and academia to enrich knowledge enhancement in Cancer- Diagnosis and Treatment and Preventive Measures.
